Keith Jernigan

Chief Executive Officer

Keith is a highly qualified and skilled Leader with over 20 years experience in managing the overall operations of both individual and multi-unit facilities. His strong ability to develop and implement operational programs have drastically improved the overall profitability of every organization he has led. Keith is known as a people manager, and his ability to motivate and facilitate staff to achieve personal and professional excellence, drives loyalty, commitment, and revenues.

With over 20 years of Multi-unit and P&L driven business experience, his hands-on management style promotes operational proficiency and team building. A strong believer in training, employee development, succession planning, as well as being a proactive thinker with ability to develop strategic operational plans, his efforts have consistently resulted in increased occupancy, tens of millions in revenue and NOI.

Keith has consistently produced high levels of occupancy and resident retention throughout portfolios. He has experienced the sale of a multitude of commercial and residential properties and has coordinated the turnover of assets and personnel. He is very adept at effectively interfacing with all industry-wide representatives while building critical business relationships and professional networks.


Jay Harris

Executive Vice President & CFO

Jay has over 10 years of professional sales experience with a major concentration in the financial sector. More than half of those years details his background in real estate, which was jump started by wholesaling fixer-upper single family homes, and being partnered with a private commercial real estate conglomerate. He has dabbled in many ventures, one being the founding of a commercial finance company, which had over $2M in sales its opening year.

He has served SMBs and enterprise businesses in over 20 states, maximizing their revenues and profits by way of financial instruments and proprietary marketing measurement platforms. Having traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and having experience abroad, lends way to his versatility and ability to think and act quickly on his feet. Well versed in finance and adept in business development, Jay has continually been an asset to every team he has joined and thrives on personal development. His candor, personableness, intelligence, and ability to connect with others has granted him many tools of success.

Jay graduated from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and majors in International Business, Finance, and Marketing with a 3.5 Business GPA.
